What are Chakra's

​

Chakra is an ancient meditation practice and originates from an old Sanskrit word, translating to 'wheel'. Chakra represents the 7 chakras around your body, with 7 different centres of energy. Each chakra is connected to one area of the body and an emotional state. By balancing these energies your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing will benefit.

A normal treatment session is 60 minutes. Every session includes a brief consultation at the start, and a short assessment at the end. I will begin the session by making you comfortable and relax you with Reiki. I will clean out the Chakras with a cleansing crystal and then place a crystal on each chakra. The crystals will be left on each Chakra for the session as I continue with Reiki hand placements on the Chakras. To finish off, your aura will be brushed and cleaned.

 

You can book just a single session, but because Reiki has a cumulative effect, a course of at least 4 - 6 is recommended. (1 session a week for 4 - 6 weeks). The energy can then be maintained with a monthly session thereafter if you wish.
